We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Transport Operator to join our dynamic team in Alconbury.

Role Responsibilities
Plan, organise, and coordinate daily transport operations
Communicate transport details to drivers (loading/unloading, schedules, etc.)
Monitor driver activity and vehicle locations
Use our in-house Transport Management System to track and update transport progress
Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and Europe to ensure smooth operations
Working Hours
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rotating weekly shifts:
Week A: 06:00 – 14:00
Week B: 14:00 – 22:00
What We’re Looking For:-
Previous office-based experience (transport/logistics essential)
Strong organisational and planning skills
Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in IT systems and tools
A professional telephone manner and a customer-focused approach
Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure
