Zoom is now live across Oxalis Group- a major step forward in our digital transformation.
By replacing several older telephony systems with one modern Zoom platform, our teams can connect more easily, work together more effectively and respond faster. Zoom also gives us a strong foundation for the future. Its AI-powered tools will help us improve customer conversations, answer more quickly and free up our teams to focus on great service.
A huge thank you to our implementation partner CloudClevr for the expertise, commitment and support that made the rollout a success, and to everyone across FTL who helped make it happen. This is another important step towards a more connected, modern and technology-led Oxalis.

Every career journey develops through new opportunities, and for Jessica , it began in 2007 with a temporary role in Finance Administration.

After securing a permanent position, Jessica moved into transport operations in 2016 and has continued to build her career as a Transport Supervisor.

Today, she helps keep FTL’s operations safe, compliant, efficient and customer-focused through driver compliance, vehicle safety and operational planning.

Jessica’s strong working relationships with drivers and managers help the team work effectively together and make the role all the more rewarding.

Last month, our senior leaders and OTMs came together to reflect, challenge and plan for the future, aligning our priorities, sharing insights and focusing on what matters most.

Some of the key messages from the conference included the importance of visible leadership, maintaining our unwavering commitment to SHEQ, improving operational efficiency, supporting driver recruitment and retention, strengthening commercial awareness, embracing AI and continuing to diversify our business to support sustainable future growth.

The conversations continue as key messages are cascaded across the company, helping us move forward together.

For Grahame Brown, no two days in the role of Driver Supervisor are ever the same.

From delivering fuel and supporting day-to-day operations to overseeing vehicle and driver compliance, monitoring performance, and assisting the wider FTL team in Belfast, Grahame plays a key role across a variety of areas. It's this variety and adaptability that make the role both challenging and rewarding.

Congratulations to Hythe Depot, winners of the 2025 Depot of the Year Award!🏆

On 16 July 2026, drivers and colleagues from across FTL came together at the Hilton Hotel in Birmingham to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our depots. The DOTY trophy was presented to Hythe Depot, recognising their exceptional performance and commitment throughout 2025.

A special congratulations also goes to Belfast Depot for achieving the runners-up position!

Well done to all depots for their fantastic efforts and dedication. 👏

We're excited to introduce Ellie Leng, who recently joined Oxalis Logistics as our new Communications & Digital Engagement Assistant on a student placement. We look forward to seeing the ideas, creativity and enthusiasm Ellie will bring as she continues to build on the great work already underway.

We’d also like to recognise and thank Rozeena Nawaz for the fantastic contribution she has made throughout her placement. Her creativity, commitment and perspective have had a real impact on our communications and strengthen our digital presence and share the stories of our colleague and company successes.

University placements are a brilliant way to develop future talent while bringing new ideas into our company and we’re proud to support both Rozeena and Ellie on their journey.

Following some operational challenges, David quickly rearranged his personal schedule and adapted his plans to ensure the shift was completed successfully. David's flexibility, reliability and willingness to support the operation at short notice demonstrated exceptional teamwork and commitment. His proactive approach played an important role in helping the team deliver a successful outcome during a challenging weekend.
