You’re role will be 100% phone based, conducting customer satisfaction research, there is no cold calling and certainly no sales work, so you could be talking to someone about a recent claim they may have made, through to talking to company directors about supplier relationships. Full training is given, and there is always someone there to lend a hand should you need it. Shifts are available to fi

t in around schooling and Education. Shift patterns currently available are:

9.30am – 14.30pm

9.30am – 16.30pm

16.30pm – 20.30pm

Initially we require people to work 3 set shifts per week between, Monday – Friday, then after successful completion of a 3 month probationary period shifts may be increased. We are also open on a Saturday morning 9am – 1pm depending on the needs of the business. About you

You will need a professional manner and be friendly and polite with a clear voice. You’ll enjoy talking to people and more importantly will have excellent listening skills. Attention to detail, good spelling, and basic computer skills are essential. Pay & Benefits

TLF telephone interviewers are paid an hourly rate. All staff receive an additional 15 days unpaid holiday allowance that can be used in addition to any paid holiday entitlement. All training is paid at an hourly rate. Transport

Graduate - Research Analyst Trainee
Starting salary £15,000 (Increasing after successful training)

Working in market research, this full time role will involve analysing and interpreting customer survey data for an impressive list of large UK companies, including project management and client liaison. Full training will be provided, including studying towards the Advanced Certificate in Market Research.
