URGENT: LEGAL WARNING REGARDING SANTRA TOURS UK Ltd AND LENNOX EXECUTIVE TRAVEL

We hereby give formal notice that recent announcements by Mr Sandeep Kumar Majhu ("Sandy") claiming a "takeover" of Santra Tours by Lennox Executive Travel are FRAUDULENT AND UNAUTHORISED.

Legal Position�

In January 2026, Mr Majhu unlawfully:

* Purported to transfer company shares without legal authority (breaching Companies Act 2006, s 771)

* Forcibly removed Mr Muhammad Hussain as director without required procedure (breaching Companies Act 2006, s 168)

These actions were taken without shareholder consent and in breach of the company's articles of association. Delivering false information to Companies House may constitute a criminal offence under section 1112 of the Companies Act 2006.

Urgent Warning to All Suppliers, Agents, and Partners

DO NOT enter into any agreements, contracts, or transactions with:

* Santra Tours UK Ltd (under current unauthorised management)

* Lennox Executive Travel (regarding any Santra Tours related matters)

Any dealings with the above entities regarding Santra Tours UK Ltd are conducted at your own risk. The individuals involved do not have lawful authority to bind the company or transfer its assets. You may become entangled in ongoing legal proceedings.

Current Status

* Santra Tours UK Ltd operations are suspended pending court intervention

* We are pursuing:

* Unfair prejudice petition (Companies Act 2006, s 994)

* Immediate court orders to restore proper governance

* We have no connection with Mr Majhu or Lennox Executive Travel

It is with deep sadness that we at Santra Tours UK Ltd mourn the passing of Ustad Zakir Hussain, a global legend in the world of music. Our transport manager, Saif, had the honor of accompanying Ustadji and his wife Antonia during their visit to the Scottish Highlands in 2023. Saif recalls their visit with great fondness, especially the kindness and humility Ustadji exuded, which left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

To honor his memory, we are sharing photos from their trip to the Highlands—moments that remind us of the joy he brought wherever he went. Ustad Zakir Hussain's legacy will continue to inspire generations. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
