Our Story

Devon Belle Trains, aim is to set up a depot in Devon to support & eventualy operate our own Steam & Heritage Diesel charters. Our first option for this would have been the old Exmouth Junction Sheds carriage sheds. But this has now been demolished & not rail connected.

Now on the hunt for an alternitve site to eventualy operate from, ounce finance is secure to purchase/lease a site along with rolling stock.

Ounce a site is up & running & stock is operational up to mainline operational requirments & required licence & insurences are in place, staff hired along with a volunter support group, for Devon Belle Trains is in place we will advertise charters & operate a dinning train to be known as The Devon Belle.

In the meantime we will support & promote our friends in the Heritage Railway movement along with Network Rail , Train Operatinging Companies,Community Rail Groups & Partnerships etc.
