Yesterday's job from Truro to Carnon Downs. Some very heavy plant pots with tricky access. Well handled by our team. Today saw a load coming into storage. Tomorrow we have 2 pack and moves into temporary storage. 🚚🚚🚚

Yesterday saw our team completing a move within Redruth. Unloading into a bungalow! A nice one to start the week. Today we are in Truro moving across to Carnon Downs.

Sunday evening, thinking about the week ahead and this review comes in.

Simply wow! From the point of contact to delivery of our worldly goods the customer service, attention to detail and care of our possessions from this outstanding family run business is without doubt the best we have ever seen or experienced. From the initial call to Mat to discuss a quotation where we were moving from Hertfordshire to Cornwall he provided a quote within the hour. We were not able to confirm the booking immediately as our buyers solicitors were working at a snails pace so we were only able to exchange on the Wednesday and the team were arriving the following day to load for a completion on the Friday (the team arrived on Thursday afternoon, spent 3.5 hrs loading, slept in lorry cab overnight and completed the load on Friday morning). The lovely lads, Peter and Stuart arrived well dressed, polite and very courteous and were keen to get on even though they had just driven for over 7hrs! The lads assessed the house and its contents and begun the load! Just to add, they were great with our three sausage dogs. They finished up, went for some dinner and slept in the lorry can overnight outside the house - I provided a key for the house so they had access to our downstairs cloakroom overnight. They were up bright and early on the Friday and begun loading. They were all done by 10am so got on their way to Cornwall. Mat arranged for he and my lads Peter & Stuart to arrive on Monday morning for the unload into our new home - they arrived at 10am and were all finished and on their way b 12.25pm. If you are researching a removals company for your big move whether a long or short distance, look no further, I cannot recommend Tremewan Removals enough for their personal touch, five star customer service and care for our possessions. Nothing was too much trouble for this team who go above and beyond to make a very stressful time in one’s life so very easy. Thank you to Mat and his team (Peter & Stuart), missing the lads already - highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a week it's been. Started off with an unload in Bugle having moved it down the Friday before. Tuesday saw us in Truro in the morning loading up 1800 cubic feet, then straight over to Constantine to load another 1600 cubic feet. Wednesday the lorry headed for Norwich while the other vehicles unloaded the new occupants of the same property in Constantine! Thursday saw one truck up to Warwickshire and back with a load heading for storage while the lorry unloaded in Norwich and drove back to Oxford. Now we have reached Friday the team in Oxford are loading and being back home to put in to storage as well.
