Simon has a passion for systems. Which is fortunate, because his role as Transport Manager lives by these and his role as IT Manager helps shape and create them. After 20 years working for the likes of Wincanton, Vimto, Character Group PLC, Phones 4U within senior logistic roles Ben decided to set out on his own and created Inter City Logistics Ltd, focusing on servicing the IT industry. Ben has many hobbies, including watching Football and playing Tennis and his lifelong love of Golf. After an amazing 3 years working with Infusion, we have watched our leadership team present their personal growth journeys, seeing the true emotion in their presentations and personal growth. A huge thank you to Graham & Laura at Infusion for supporting us all on this journey.

This was not only a growth opportunity for Inter City Logistics, but this was also an opportunity to network, challenge ourselves and step out of our comfort zones. We are all guilty of sticking with what’s ‘easy’, Infusion really made us step up, be counted and inspire the wider team to direct our energies where they were truly needed.
