While I’m pull my hair out with Hmrc 😂😂 can only be them you pay and they still send you a letter saying they not received it from 6 weeks ago 🫣🫣 biggest joke in history 👍

This making tax digital really is having my life at the moment between customers not receiving estimates and invoices and then Hmrc saying we’re not paying 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ full day written off 🤣

So it seems customers are not receiving there estimates !!

We hane to use a system called quick books now since the government made tax digital

If you’ve not received the estimate within 24hrs of us doing a home visit please do call

And after 48hrs we will now have to start doing a courtesy call to make sure you’ve received it 🤯 another job to do ontop of everything else !!
