At the heart of product reliability is rigorous testing — and our Static LED Endurance Test is a prime example of how we push boundaries to ensure performance and durability.

🧪 What’s Involved?
We subject our LED systems to a 2000-hour continuous test cycle designed to simulate real-world operating conditions and environmental stress:

🔁 Function Cycling
Lamps are repeatedly switched on and off to mimic everyday usage patterns and stress the electronics.

🌡️ Thermal Cycling
Temperature is cycled between Room Temperature (+23ºC) and +60ºC, challenging the thermal stability of the components.

🧠 Why It Matters?
This test helps us validate:
• PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) integrity under thermal and electrical stress
• LED performance over time
• Electronic reliability in fluctuating conditions
