Good evening Philip
Rose and I just wanted to say 'thank you' for your company's fantastic service today.
The four guys who organised our move were absolutely brilliant - polite, thoughtful, helpful, considerate and incredibly hard working. After some rather stressful weeks building up to 'Completion', they made our final day in the process go so well (It's a pity some of the professionals in the property business don't deal with their customers with the same level of consideration!).

This was a happy team of removers who did an excellent job. They packed our kitchen on the first morning and returned the following morning and loaded the whole house and garage onto their 18ton van. The move to the next house was trouble free but unfortuneately they had to wait a while for the keys to be released at the new property. They were able to unload and put every box, bed and wardrobe where it was needed in 2hrs before a deluge of rain arrived. Whilst I choose this company for their reasonable inclusive price I would also recommend them for their friendly and expert staff.

The team who carried out the move were efficient, courteous, cheerful and very helpful making every effort to get furniture into the right locations. Consequently, the move was carried out very smoothly and without problems based on good preparation and planning. I would not hesitate to use Alexander James again.
