Down to Battery Park yesterday, we had the Renfrewshire AAA Road Race Championships hosted by our very own .ac 👏👏

These invaluable volunteers supported the event on the ground. Often, the unsung heroes at local events, teams like this quietly keep things moving and people safe without any fuss. Genuinely, thank you all 🙏
Delighted our e-bikes could play a small part in helping them cover the course easily on the day.

Happy Christmas everyone!

It’s been brilliant having the Leigh family in town over Christmas — and even better seeing them explore Inverclyde the easy way, on two wheels.

After a couple of weeks away, it’s been great easing back into things — and even better to welcome Anna out on the e-bike. A local lass with her eye on getting one next year, she decided to brave a cold but absolutely beautiful day around Greenock and Gourock to see what all the fuss is about.

Winter sunshine, quiet paths, and a proper feel for how pedal-assist takes the sting out of the hills — I’ve a feeling we’ve got another convert on our hands.

With the darker mornings and evenings just now, we’re keeping things sensible and running half-day winter hires, making sure everyone (and every bike) is safely off the road in good time. If you’ve got plans, just shout, and we’ll see what works.

Spring and 2026 are already firmly in the sights — and I’m really looking forward to working with more local hotels, guesthouses and Airbnbs to help visitors experience Inverclyde properly, on two wheels. Big, big news on guided tours coming soon 😁❤️

Do you live in Port Glasgow?
Then you should definitely head down to the Town Hall this Saturday, 18th October.
Port Glasgow West Community Council and Port Glasgow East Community Council ([email protected]) are jointly hosting an event in celebration of 250 years of Port Glasgow & 50 years of community councils!
There will be loads of stalls, activities, entertainment, and information for all ages about things on offer in your local area.
Come down between 12 and 4pm and check it out for yourselves. PBO will be there of course! Do come and say hi! 👋

Say hello to Jerry and the fantastic four from Sheffield — first-time visitors to Inverclyde and already making the most of the sunshine!

As keen cyclists, we just couldn’t pass up the chance to explore the area on our e-bikes. Today it’s Inverkip, and tomorrow they’re stretching their legs with a tour around the Kilcreggan area

It’s brilliant to see new faces discovering just how much there is to see and do here. If you spot them out and about, give them a wave 👋 — and maybe let their adventure inspire your own. Inverclyde and beyond are waiting

Michelle and Glen from Coventry visited Inverclyde for the very first time last week — and unbelievably, they’d never even heard of it before! How many other people are missing out on this wee gem of a place? International guest yes but these guys are from the UK!?

We had a great chat about travelling, campervans, and just how easy it is to use Inverclyde as a gateway to Argyll and beyond. Their ride took them down to for a nosey, then back up and around the cycle paths of Greenock.

The weather was a bit mixed, but that didn’t put a dampener on the spirit — because as these two proved, a good day out isn’t made by sunshine, it’s made by adventure.
