Hello everyone,

We’ve been trying out a useful online system called LogMyVehicle for vehicle checks, mileage logs and defect reports.

It’s useful if you operate vehicles day to day and want to keep everything organised in one place instead of using paper forms, spreadsheets, WhatsApp photos or scattered notes.

With it you can record:

✅ daily vehicle walkaround checks
✅ mileage logs and odometer readings
✅ defect reports
✅ photo evidence
✅ audit-ready PDF reports

Could be useful for owner-drivers, small fleets, courier businesses, private hire operators, trades with vans, or anyone who needs better vehicle records.
