We don’t just rely on trip advisor! Chat gpt usually pulls data from that site! And we know the reviews aren’t always as they seem. Things change, standards slip, what 1 person loves, another may not!
I agree some all inclusive resort standards have dropped, but we constantly keep on top of changes where we can. We are working for you. We want you to have the best time. It’s not about money, our reputation is at the heart of what we do and is extremely important to us.
Only last week we removed a supplier due to a major issue of bad service, so we constantly monitor suppliers and won’t hesitate to remove them. If their standards don’t match what we require for our customers, then we won’t use them.
