World Mental Health Day 💚

Today is a reminder that looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health❤️‍🩹

Across all sectors of our business, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re behind the wheel, on site, in the workshop, or keeping things running behind the scenes, everyone has their own pressures, challenges and things going on outside of work.

Sometimes, simply asking "Are you okay?” can make a difference. You don't have to have the answers, sometimes just being an ear for someone is enough.

Let’s keep looking out for one another, make time for conversations, and remember that it’s okay not to be okay. There’s no weakness in asking for support🫶

Look after yourself. Look out for your colleagues. And keep the conversation going. 💚
