Following the rollout of TikTok and YouTube Shorts tracking, we are pleased to announce that phase 2 of our new Social Media Analytics module is now live, introducing full integration for Meta platforms. You can now track both creation metrics and total listens across Instagram and Facebook directly within your Cygnus Music analytics suite. Free to all clients.

Currently rolling out in beta to nearly 100,000 artists, creators with access can now upload full-length videos directly to the platform via Spotify for Artists.

Independent artists & labels can use these new features to strengthen release strategies and build deeper connections with fans. High-quality live footage from club shows, festivals, or DJ sets can now become valuable content that directs listeners back to your catalogue. Behind-the-scenes studio sessions and production breakdowns also provide compelling content for engaged fans.

The feature is not yet available to all artists, but Spotify has confirmed a broader rollout is planned later this year. Artists who don’t yet have access can join the waitlist through Spotify for Artists.
