We're thrilled to celebrate some incredible milestones and achievements within the Pitreavie team! This month, we are recognising dedicated team members who continue to drive our success through their commitment, expertise, and passion.
Let's give a well-deserved shoutout to:
⭐️ Adam Lobacz – 5 years of service at our Grayshill site. Adam started as a Lead Operator and has grown his skills tremendously, progressing through planning and supervisor roles to become our Factory Manager on nightshift. Adam's expertise and knowledge are invaluable to our production team's success.
⭐️ Brian Brown – 5 years of service as an experienced Machine Operator at our Glenrothes site. Brian is a valued member of the Sorbafreeze team whose ongoing support of colleagues contributes significantly to our site's overall success.
⭐️ Pete Trainer – 10 years of service at our Glenrothes site! Pete began as a Warehouse Operative and has progressed to become Team Leader within Sorbafreeze - Chilled Packaging Specialists. His contribution, expertise, and continued support have been instrumental to our site's achievements over the years.
🌟 John McKenzie – Colleague of the Month from our Grayshill site's nightshift team. John's exceptional passion shines through his work attitude and tireless efforts in training both new and existing staff. As Factory Supervisor, he's been instrumental in implementing new work practices and consistently goes above and beyond to help wherever needed. John's forward-thinking approach and efficiency ideas, combined with his commitment to the team, make him a truly key member of our workforce.
