2025 wrapped up ✔️

We’re so grateful to everyone who trusted us with their baggage transfers this year. It’s been a real privilege meeting so many wonderful people from all over the world, and as always, it’s been a pleasure to be part of your adventure.

A huge thank you as well to all the accommodation providers who patiently put up with us rushing about with hundreds of bags each day. Your support and good humour mean more than we can say.

And on a personal note, the biggest thanks goes to my wee mum, Marilynne. Many of you will have spoken with her on the phone or by email, and truthfully, we wouldn’t be the team we are without her.

Now we’re looking forward to a well-earned winter rest and some much-needed family time 😊

As we near the end of our busy season it was a pleasure this morning to offer Blair and John from AMS Baggage Transfers - West Highland Way a rare sit down with roll & bacon and coffee on the house while they awaited another van to arrive. Usually it’s just a quick hi and bye from the baggage companies as they run in and out with multiple rucksacks on their backs.

These are the people who make walking the West Highland Way accessible and help thousands of people every year from all corners of the world visit our stunning country. These gems are also the people who ensure lost luggage or left behind passports & phone chargers make it to the next destination and we’re sure they’ve got many a story to tell.

We want to thank them and all the other companies for going above and beyond during another busy yet wonderful season 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💙🤍

Hi everyone,
After last night’s severe weather, we’re contending with road closures and fallen trees. Many customers are having to redirect deliveries, and our team is working hard to adapt.

We’re doing everything we can to get all bags delivered as quickly and safely as possible, but delays are unfortunately unavoidable today. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
