Tonto Marine are based at Dolphin Boatyard on the River Dart in Dartmouth, and they've been living and breathing engines since 1999. Authorised dealers and service centres for Mercury Marine, Yanmar, Honda Marine and Tohatsu — these are the people who know what it takes to keep boats running fast and running right. From full repowers and performance outboards to mechanical fit out and genuine parts supply, if it floats and has an engine, Tonto Marine are on it.

Getting ready to hit the water for Around the Island next month in the UKOPRA Series, hosted by World Powerboat Events Ltd! 🌊🏁

With Malc stepping into our other boat this season, OCRDA Aqua Adrenaline driver Ben Brown and navigator Perry Murphy will be taking the controls — and we know she’s in safe hands. 💪🔥

She’ll be lining up on the water with Banana Shark in a different class, ready to prove once again why this boat has built such a strong reputation over the years. With multiple titles already to her name, the question is… can she bring home even more silverware this season? 🏆

There may be bigger horsepower in the class, but racing has never been won on power alone. Experience, teamwork, reliability and determination count for everything.

As we always say… it’s not always about the speed. 😉

She got wet today and had a quick blast on the water 💦

Happy to say she got up on the plane and picked up some great speed — smiles all round! 😄

Roll on test day tomorrow… moving engines and changing props 🔧⚙️ Let’s see what she can really do.
