An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy freight forwarding company established for 12 years in Felixstowe.

We are currently seeking a part time member of staff to join our hardworking accounts team. Initially to be a 2 days per week position, working from 9.00am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The main focus of the role will be within the purchase ledger, accurately processing purchase ledger invoices for payment, reconciling supplier statements and maintaining an invoices under dispute file.
Experience of working within the shipping/freight forwarding business preferred and experience of purchase ledger will be an advantage. Excellent working conditions and good rates of pay await the successful candidate. Immediate start preferred.
