If you have returned from your holiday and would like to get in touch with our Guest Services team or make a complaint, please do so by writing to us by email or via post. Should you choose to raise your complaint/concern via the Inghams page we will refer you to Guest Services or ask Guest Services to contact you. Inghams investigate and respond to all complaints raised following a thorough investigation, and as per ABTA guidelines can take up to 28 days to do so. Raising your complaint on Facebook will not speed up this process. Inghams strongly encourages users of this page to respect fellow fans and the posting guidelines of Facebook, and to understand that Inghams reserves the right to remove postings that are:
a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
b) fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
c) in violation of any intellectual property right;
d) in violation of any law or regulation;
