Well, this is a BIG one!

2,154 tonnes. 20,741 CBM. 68 cooling units! 😳

We've been working on a pretty impressive logistics project, moving huge cooling units from France 🇫🇷 and China 🇨🇳 all the way to the USA 🇺🇸.

There's a lot more to it than simply getting cargo from A to B, and we'll be sharing the full story in a case study very soon.

That's where we come in. At PSP Worldwide Logistics, we don't just build bespoke export cases, we can manage the entire journey. From designing and manufacturing the right packing solution to arranging the freight, customs clearance and delivery, we make sure everything works together.
Every case is built around the cargo it's protecting. Before we cut a single piece of timber, we're thinking about:

✔️ How it will be lifted
✔️ How it will travel
✔️ Where it's going
✔️ How to protect it throughout its journey

A well-designed export case helps prevent damage, avoids unnecessary delays and gives customers confidence that their goods will arrive exactly as they left.

It might be one of the last things to be arranged, but it's certainly not the least important.

We have an incredibly talented artist on our packing team called Ken. Last week he contributed towards the fund raising efforts for FA Pride by sketching some caricature portraits. Great work Ken, you do us proud.

Day one of Seawork complete! We were glad to be indoors today as the weather was a bit iffy (to say the least ☔️😬)
We still had a great day catching up with lots of our customers, suppliers and friends. Do come for a coffee and a tasty biscuit from Hanmade Treats ❤️stand H16.

It feels like only last week we were packing down our stand at Seawork and heading back down the M27… wondering where the time (and our cardboard boat’s dignity) went.
Last year certainly gave us a few highlights, a Lifetime Achievement Award for our MD, Frank, and a cardboard boat race entry that will live long in PSP history… for all the wrong (and slightly soggy) reasons.
Fast forward and we’re already gearing up to do it all again.
Seawork never disappoints. Great people, great conversations, and the occasional reminder that maritime engineering is probably best left to the professionals (especially after our boat race performance).
Looking forward to being back, catching up with familiar faces, and hopefully improving our floating object engineering standards.
Same team (almost), same energy… marginally better waterproofing.
