The simplified process of creating a bespoke boat cover:

STEP ONE: DESIGN
- Every cover starts with a conversation. Send a picture, a description or we will visit your boat in person. Take notes of everything, and plan the cover around it. Sketches and notes help us both visualise the cover before any fabric has been cut.

STEP TWO: PATTERN
- Once a plan has been confirmed, this is where the precision happens. We pattern from scratch, specific to your boat. This is what separates a generic cover from one that really fits.

STEP THREE: MANUFACTURE
- Cut and sewn in Falmouth using marine-grade cloth chosen for the conditions your boat actually lives in. Confirmed with swatch cards beforehand. Built to withstand seasons, not just summers.

STEP FOUR: FIT
- We come to you. Cover goes on, we tension it, check the fit, and make any adjustments needed. Done properly, first time.
