Weโre looking for a reliable, confident and organised Taxi Office Operator to join our team in Falkirk.
๐ท Pay: Above the National Minimum Wage
๐ Shift Pattern:
โข Dayshifts
โข Backshifts
โข 7-day operation, including weekends
โข Full and Part Time hours available
๐ป Your role will include:
โข Taking and managing customer bookings
โข Overseeing the dispatch of jobs to drivers using modern booking software
โข Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries
โข Coordinating drivers and keeping the office running smoothly
โข Providing friendly, professional customer service
โข General office and booking administration
โญ Weโre looking for someone who:
โข Is confident using computers and modern booking systems
โข Has excellent communication skills
โข Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment
โข Is reliable and punctual
โข Works well independently and as part of a team
Experience in a taxi office or dispatch environment is an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.
