MEET THE OWNERS — JOHN & CLAIRE MURPHY
Elite Central Travel is proudly owned and operated by us, John and Claire.
We started our business 18 years ago with a simple ambition: to provide a professional and dependable travel service in which every customer would feel genuinely valued.
We would be lying if we said the journey had always been easy.
Over those 18 years, we have experienced plenty of highs, some difficult lows, unexpected setbacks and more than a few sleepless nights. We have learned lessons, made difficult decisions and faced moments that tested us both personally and professionally.
However, we have always kept going, and every experience has helped shape the business we operate today.
Professionalism, careful planning and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.
Our customers see a smart vehicle arriving at the agreed time, but behind every successful journey is a considerable amount of work. Routes, timings, flights, drivers, vehicles, passenger requirements and backup arrangements all have to be carefully considered.
No booking is ever treated as “just another job.” Whether it is an airport transfer, corporate journey, wedding, tour, special occasion or important family trip, we understand that someone is placing their trust in us.
We are extremely proud of how far Elite Central Travel has come, but we are nowhere near finished.
Our ambition is to continue growing the company, expanding our services, strengthening our team and becoming one of Scotland’s most trusted executive travel providers. We want to grow responsibly while maintaining the personal service and family values on which the business was built.
No matter how large the company becomes, we never want to lose sight of the people behind each booking.
Elite Central Travel is more than a business to us. It is something we have built together as a family, and something we are incredibly proud to put our names to.
