🚚✈️ Fresh deliveries straight to the hangar!
two stunning Shark Aero Shark 600s have just been delivered, plus the new lower cockpit composite section for our ongoing C42 repair project.
The Shark 600 continues to turn heads with its fighter-jet looks, impressive performance (cruising up to 162 knots!), and outstanding safety features. These sleek ultralights are perfect for pilots who want speed, efficiency, and pure flying enjoyment.
Meanwhile, our C42 rebuild is progressing nicely — this composite work is a key step in getting her back in the air stronger than ever.

C42 Rebuild Part 6

This is the part you have been waiting for… the moment of truth.

In this episode we move the head rack and upper structure of the aircraft from the damaged tube onto the new keel tube. A careful job that needs everything to line up perfectly.

C42 Rebuild – Part 5

The rebuild has officially started. 🔧

After completing the full strip down and inspection, we are now beginning the rebuild by installing components onto the new keel tube. This is where the aircraft finally starts to come back together.

Every part is being checked, cleaned and fitted correctly as we rebuild the aircraft step by step.

More progress coming soon as the C42 starts to take shape again.

Early start on Wednesday morning with a sunrise flight down to Swansea, Wales in the Shark. ✈️🌅

A quick trip but an important one. We flew down to replace the fuel hoses on another Shark and make sure the aircraft is in top condition and ready to fly again.

One of the best parts of aviation is being able to jump in the aircraft early in the morning, fly across the country, carry out the work needed, and enjoy views like this along the way.

Another great trip in the Shark and always good to keep these aircraft maintained to the highest standard.
