Workshops are a lovely way to spend a couple of hours focusing on one thing, trying something you've always been curious about, or building on what you've been working on in class. Whatever your level, you'll be in a supportive, non-judgemental room with people cheering you on. 😊

The fabulous Cherry Bakewell popped in at the weekend to have a little me time and a cup of tea and a chat.
We heard all about this year's amazing panto at the Maltings in Ely.... this year it is Beauty and the Beast, and we cannot wait to see it!

Quick update to October's timetable! Reformer Pilates On Demand has moved to Mondays at 9am.

If you'd already pencilled it in for its old slot, it's worth checking the app so your week still lines up. A Monday morning session is a lovely way to start the week with something just for you, before everything else gets going.

The rest of the timetable stays the same, and it's all in the app now.
