Anyone flying from Manchester or other UK airports please check that your flight is going ahead as there are hundreds of flights cancelled. I think Liverpool is ok but double check still.

Since doing this job I can honestly say, on a daily basis I get such a confidence boost from customer’s, everyone is just so lovely, I do get the odd grump but not many atal. The amount of nice comments I get from people is just making me feel more proud of where I am now and we’re I was 2 years ago. Thank you to the Ellesmere port and Chester people for sharing positivity ❤️ I keep saying it but I really do love my job 🥰
