That's what Our Future is all about.

As part of our £500 million investment programme, the first phase of a multi-year project, we're creating the space needed to support future growth at Edinburgh Airport. That includes recently completed midfield aircraft stands, helping create additional capacity for airlines, passengers and new routes.

But increased capacity is only one part of the story. We're also investing in a bigger terminal and improved facilities for passengers as the airport grows.

✈️ Last month, the First Minister joined us as we we announced our £500 million investment programme, the first phase of a multi-year project at Edinburgh Airport.

Backed by investment from our shareholders, VINCI Airports and Global Infrastructure Partners, this long-term vision will help us create additional capacity, improve the passenger experience and strengthen Scotland's connectivity to key markets around the world.

Over the course of the multi-year programme, it will deliver:

🚧| Hiring a car from our Car Rental Centre?

Ahead of improvement works beginning at the end of the month, preparatory works will be taking place which may cause some disruption.

The Car Rental Centre remains fully operational but locations and routes may change while works are carried out.

If you're collecting or returning a hire car, please allow a little extra time and check the latest arrangements with your rental provider before travelling.

🚌| Connecting more of Scotland.

Scottish Citylink will be launching a new service, M6, connecting Edinburgh Airport to Perth, Falkirk and Aberdeen.

Launching on 24 October, the service will run four round trips each day, giving passengers more ways to travel to and from the airport by public transport.

🎄| Two more seasons to start planning a festive getaway.

Eurowings will be adding two new routes to Hamburg and Berlin for Christmas.

Both services will operate twice weekly, adding even more choice for those planning a festive getaway.

Berlin offers more than 80 Christmas markets with the most popular held in Gendarmenmarkt, one of Berlin's most beautiful squares.

Hamburg's 30 Christmas markets are spread across the city, serving festive food and warming mugs of glühwein.🍷
