BEFORE COMMITTING TO PURCHASE – PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS All of my items are pre-loved and are in very good condition. I wash all fabrics (including hoods) and cleanse all shells. As these are pre-loved items they may be subject to scuff/scratches and normal signs of use on harness, shells and handles. Carriage charges are £12.95 next day to MAINLAND UK (tracking details will be given once dispatched my end.) (if looking from overseas which include N/S Ireland, Highlands or Islands, then please contact me for a shipping quote BEFORE committing to purchase.) My items will be sent quickly. Payment can be made by cash, cheque (please allow for clearance before items are dispatched) or preferably paypal. Cash on collection. All of my items have buy it now prices. All items are available until an agreed non refundable deposit has been received. I am unable to hold items until a deposit has been paid as I have been let down in the past. I do not provide any warranty’s with my items as they are all pre-loved. I aim to provide instructions manuals. In line with DSR I am happy to accept returns. In the unlikely event that there may be a problem then please contact me within 7 days of receipt of item and I will be happy to help. If you as a buyer change your mind regarding the item and wish to return it please note you will be responsible for the safe tracked return of goods at your cost. Refunds for the cost of the item will only be given when items are returned in the original packaging and goods have been checked and are in the condition that they left me in. Original postage out charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be given in the same method of your payment. I pride myself on giving a high quality service and therefore my contact details will be enclosed with your purchase should you need to contact me.
