Mini Movers

Mini Movers sessions aim to explore and help develop children’s physical and social skills through Bible stories, movement, climbing, tumbling & singing.

Day: Wednesdays (term time only)
Time: 10:00 - 10:45 (all mini movers and their 'grown up' are invited to stay afterwards for a complimentary juice, biscuit, tea, coffee)
Age: 2 - 4 years of age
Cost: £2.50 per session
Offer: £4.00 for session and packed lunch (includes sandwich, crisps, chocolate bar)

Session details: Each session begins with a warm up consisting of movement based songs. Next there is a short story time, where popular bible stories are shared. The class is then split into smaller groups, each group rotating around 4 activity stations based on the bible story of the day. Each activity station involves some form of movement such as rolling, jumping, climbing, balancing, sliding, counting, colour sorting. The class finishes with more singing, before a well earned juice and biscuit are enjoyed in the cafe!

Week 2 of the Christmas story - we read about the shepherds and how an angel told them about baby Jesus! More tree decorating too! Looking forward to our end of term snowball fight next week! Watch this space.......

Hello all you Mini Movers lovelies! We miss you all and hope you are keeping well!
We're posting to invite you to something new - TVC church car park boot camp!! We wanted to do something to get us together and have some fun whilst getting a bit fitter in the process. We're running it over the summer hols on Thursday evenings, 6:30-7:30pm, free of charge (and observing social distancing/following govt. & national governing body guidelines)👍😁. It will be a circuit training style session with exercises suitable for all levels of fitness. If you're interested we'd love to see you - just follow the link below to find out more and sign up ! Adults are welcome to join us for a series of circuit exercises set out so that 2m social distance can be kept. Exercises will be suggested at each station with modifications. You will be able to work your whole body at your own pace (we will all be working out together with no coach as....
