While driving back south to Dunstable yesterday, we noticed that every lay-by from the Flying Fox roundabout on our side of the road to Thorn Turn roundabout, had industrial waste or one full Skip bag in each one! Every single lay-by! We couldn’t believe it! Looks like someone has gone along dropping a Skip bag off at each one! Disgusting!
