We've gone posting mad this week!
Here's another trailer going out the door. Triple Stacker for 3 x Int 14 trolleys. In fact to go with the aluminium trolleys in a previous post.
Of course all these things look a bit samey. But the devil is in the detail. Like the stainless wire holding the lynch pins to the trailer. Or the aluminium rollers to match the aluminium launching trolleys that are going on it. The small bolt protectors under each deck that avoids getting the boat scratched when loading. A little lighting plug holder that actually holds the plug in place when not in use.
Of course it's got all the usual stuff as well. Full width rollers for easy loading, Kartt heavy duty jockey wheel for easy manouvering, the use of lanoguard to protect the zinc plated parts. And loads more! Who knew some much thought goes into a simple dinghy combi triple stacker

We have here a couple of, yes two!, safety boat rib trolleys for Weston Sailing Club. Built to their spec. Fully galvanised with stainless steel u bolts and other fixings, high bow snubber, our unique twin dolly and multiple docking arms to enable the boats to be landed safely in a bit of chop!
We use our very own plastic wing brackets and rollers that combat the ravages of salt water.
And we use Lanoguard on all the non galvanised bits (hubs and wheels) to try and stave off the salt water corrosion!

A couple, yes two!, 6 boat Finn stackers went off to their new owners yesterday. A busy time in Europe for the Finn fleet this year... And our very own Sean, our expert assembly guy!
