Our IT and Tech specialist, Helen, has just returned from a trip to North Uist courtesy of Loganair Limited following her nomination for Team Player of the Year at last year's SPAA - Scottish Passenger Agents' Association Sparkle Awards. ✈️

She said: “From the breathtaking white-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters (which rival those of the Bahamas!) to the peace and tranquility of island life, North Uist was the perfect place to recharge.

A special mention to Loganair for making the journey so effortless. Even my husband, a nervous flyer, was amazed at how comfortable and easy the flight was on a smaller aircraft. What would have been almost 7 hours by car and ferry from Dundee took just 40 minutes by air, allowing us to spend more time enjoying everything the Hebrides have to offer.

It was a wonderful reminder of the incredible destinations we have right here on our doorstep in Scotland. If you've ever considered exploring the Hebrides, I can wholeheartedly recommend it and there is no doubt travelling with Loganair Limited is the way to do it!

Important Update for Our Corporate Travellers 🚆

ScotRail's new £10 minimum fare for journeys where a ticket hasn't been purchased before boarding policy comes into full effect on 1 July 2026. While an education period is currently underway, it's important for business travellers to be prepared.

The fee applies where facilities (an open ticket office or vending machine) were available but not used. Exclusions exist for stations without a TVM, National Entitlement Card holders, and those with accessibility needs.
