The former support is manufactured from high quality plywood, with a built-in slope to falls - then coated with Aquaproof tanking. Our linear shower tray formers are available with either 2-way or 4-way slope to falls

Linear Shower Tray Formers are used in combination with our Aquaproof linear tanking kits - with Primer, Compound, tape, pipe sleeves and butyl tape to create multiple layers of protection, sealing the shower area 💡

Our range of Aquaproof wetroom tanking products are also sold in convenient package - with everything you need for waterproofing a 10sq.m. shower area 🚿

Pictured below is our traditional shower kit complete with Primer, compound, tape, 2 pipe sleeves and an outlet sleeves - we also stock a linear variant of this kit with a Butyl Tanking Strip replacing the outlet sleeve. Extra materials and pre-made corners may be ordered in conjunction with shower kits for larger areas ✨

The Aquaproof Wetroom Tanking System carries the CE mark and is independently tested to EAD 030352-00-0503 (ETAG 22). This means that the Aquaproof System has been rigorously tested - also meeting the requirements of NHBC Guidance 9.2, so you can be confident it will provide you with a leak free, guaranteed and long lasting wet room 💧🚫

Our Aquaproof Wetroom Waterproofing Compound is a heavy duty, solvent free, silicone compatible, liquid rubber waterproofing compound for waterproofing of wetroom areas prior to the application of ceramic tiles or other coverings.

Applied in 2-3 coats to give a 1mm thick robust and elastic rubber membrane which is has been rigorously tested for use in tanking wetrooms. Once correctly applied - the Aquaproof System provides a robust and guaranteed​ leak free sealing to your showering area. The Aquaproof tanking system is further utilised in the manufacture of our Shower Tray Formers for layered protection.

Our Aquaproof Tanking System provides the most reliable waterproofing on the market. It has been assessed against EAD and has obtained European Technical Approval alongside CE markings. This makes it the only tanking system from a UK manufacturer that adheres to the new NHBC guidelines regarding substrates for tiling bath and shower enclosures, wet rooms and bathroom pods 💧🚫 This level of approval will soon be necessary for all NHBC projects involving showers and bathroom pods.

Aquaproof Primer is a solvent free, highly absorbable primer for porous surfaces, and an important part of our Aquaproof tanking system 💡 It has been rigorously tested to guarantee it's suitability for priming all absorbent substrates - including plaster, plaster board, wood, screed and concrete.

This special multi-surface wetroom waterproofing primer is used prior to application the our wetroom compound, alongside Aquaproof Tape, pipe and outlet sleeves.

As with all the Aquaproof Products, Aquaproof Primer has been independently tested and is CE Approved. Our wetroom tanking system adheres to the new NHBC Guidelines regarding substrates for tiling bath and shower enclosures, wetrooms and bathroom pods 💧🚫

The team at KÖSTER Aquatecnic wish you the jolliest of times this Christmas! 🎄☃️🎅 We can't wait to rest up, see our loved ones, and stuff our faces with with festive food and drinks 👀❄️

Our office will be closed from midday on the 23rd of December, opening again on the 5th of January - recharged and ready to go!🔋⚡

This year our Christmas card features the famous Devorgilla Bridge and the Old Bridge House: The bridge was commissioned by Lady Devorgilla around the year 1270, the original wooden bridge was then replaced using stone around 1432.
