A finale at Cholmondeley Castle Estate & Gardens 🌿🏰

On the final day of our RHS Bridgewater Garden, David Austin Roses and Gardens of the North West Guided Tour this July, we’ll check out of our hotel and start to make our way south to the breathtaking Cholmondeley Castle Gardens in Malpas, Cheshire.

This romantic Gothic-style castle, perched high above a shimmering lake, is surrounded by sweeping lawns and a stunning collection of mature trees, including majestic Cedars of Lebanon, Oak, and Chestnut. The gardens provide a spectacular mix of colour and height, with peaceful lakeland walks and carefully planned plantings designed to offer year-round beauty. Highlights include the serene Temple Water Garden, the fragrant Rose Garden, and vibrant mixed borders.
