Duties:
- Safely drive rigid tipper trucks delivering aggregates across the region
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Carry out first use checks
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a truck driver
- Minimum Class C driving qualification
- Drivers Card
- Current Driver CPC
- Excellent organization & time keeping
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with tipper trucks
- Commercial driving experience

Class 1 HGV full time

APS Movements are currently recruiting an experienced and professional Class 1 (C+E) HGV Driver for general haulage work with flats & curtain side trailers. Collecting & delivering all types of loads across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Class 1 vehicles for general haulage (flat & curtain side trailers)
Complete UK-wide deliveries and collections
Securely load/unload goods with attention to safety
Accurately complete paperwork
Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects
Requirements
Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
No more than 6 penalty points (No DR, DD, or IN convictions)
Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
Experience with flat & curtain side trailers preferred
Strong communication & time management skills
Safety-first mindset and professional attitude
Location: DN85SX

Shifts: Days
Some nights out required
