Good morning everyone

Unfortunately we have been stuck with more bad luck with the van! It’s in no safe manner to drive and will have to go into the garage! I apologise so much to those of you that are booked in today! I can rearrange your booking and offer a 10% discount but understand this may not work for yourself! But the van really isn’t drivable! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause

Good morning everyone 😁

Just alittle polite notice every job that we book in now we are going to require a deposit for you to secure that date! The deposit will come of your final bill once we complete the job! There’s to many people booking in and not letting us know they don’t need us anymore! As you can understand the frustration and stress from this because it leaves very little time to book other jobs in and we still have wagers etc to pay!

Also with our house moves we still are one of the cheapest and best about with that many people setting up in the last 2/3 months but last few months had that many people telling me they will be getting there keys for there new home before 11 o’clock the day of the move it never works like that unless your renting of your buying solicitors are the ones that make moving so stressful they tell you the house as to be empty for 12/1 o’clock which sometimes depending on the move is impossible! So unless your happy with the price provided for the full house move and waiting time etc that’s fine if not I can discount the house move and charge a extra £75 per hour waiting time from 11am that’s down to you as a customer if you would like to book that way! As some may get keys at 1 o’clock some mate be 4:30 what u got to understand is them that get there keys at 4:30 it’s a 8/9/10/11 o’clock at night finish again depending on the move itself! We have done properly over 1000 house moves easy so we are not been funny or adding extra stress when we say you won’t get your new keys till 1 or after if your buying your new home, We just like to be honest unlike solicitors!!

We have a very large van and we work our socks off and go the extra mile week in week out for our customers! We are fully insured with Goods in transit and public liability! We also use all covers mattresses protectors etc and we have not paid for 1 single REVIEW! I’m seeing a lot of people that set up only a few month and have double reviews we have! We are constantly busy and I’m proud of me and my team and all the support we get from everyone sharing and recommending us 🫶🫶

We will keep driving to become even better which would be very hard but there’s always room for improvement and sorry for any inconvenience these may cause

Thank you all
