Job Title: HGV Driver (Rigid Hiab & Occasional Artic Low Loader/Flatbed)
Location: Dingwall

Ross M Sutherland & Sons Ltd are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to join our growing team.

The Role:

This position will primarily involve rigid vehicle Hiab work, delivering and collecting plant, materials and equipment safely and efficiently. There will also be some work using artic low loaders and flat trailers, so flexibility and confidence with different vehicle types is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Operating rigid HGV with Hiab crane attachment
• Loading/unloading plant and materials safely
• Occasional artic low loader and flat trailer work
• Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant
• Maintaining high safety standards at all times
• Providing professional customer service on site

Requirements:
• Valid HGV Class 1 and/or Class 2 licence
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Experience with plant machinery transport preferred
• Good knowledge of driver hours & road transport regulations
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
