Had the pleasure of dropping off a lovely family all the way from Manchester Airport to Goole and honestly, the drive was absolutely breathtaking we all absolutely loved every minute.

Long, sweeping country roads, not a pothole in sight, barely any traffic…
and scenery like this all around us 🌾🌤️

It’s moments like this that make the job so much more than just a journey 🚐💨

IT’S WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT

Just wanted to share this lovely moment from earlier this week...

We collected a lovely group of passengers from Leeds Bradford Airport after their holiday, and later that afternoon when our driver was giving the minibus a thorough clean at the end of the shift to have it sparkling for our next set of passengers he spotted something tucked away between the seats in the back.... a wallet 🧐

It contained ID and some cash and we knew straight away we had to get it back to its owner fast. We reached out to the customer immediately to let them know it was safe and sound with us so there was no need to apply for any documents all over again and pay a hefty fee!

It was promptly collected from our office and we’re so happy we could reunite it! 🙌

This is exactly why we do what we do looking after our passengers, even long after the journey ends because customer care is crucial ❤️

From children's teddy bears to jewellery, passports, phones and wallets we recover everything and ensure it's reunited with its rightful owner because honesty is absolutely everying.

🚨 IMPORTANT: MANCHESTER AIRPORT TERMINAL 2 — OVERHEIGHT CAR PARK

⚠️ HEADS UP — IT’S MOVED! ⚠️

The Overheight Car Park at Terminal 2 where we would usually pick you up from on return in our minibuses has now relocated — customers would usually exit via door 2 and literally walk straight across to meet the driver but it's not as simple as that anymore following the change today so please ensure you read carefully.

📍 NEW LOCATION:
Rear of the West Multi-Storey Car Park

Please make sure you call the driver as your making your way to the pickup point.

✅ DIRECTIONS TO FIND YOUR DRIVER:

1. Exit Arrivals > turn LEFT — follow signs for PICKUP / T2 West Multi-Storey

2. Walk up the path by the side of the multi storey for OVERHEIGHT CAR PARK (P5)

3. Keep going until you reach the open outdoor car park with vans parked.

That's where we will meet you

📞 Please call your driver as you’re walking to let them know your on your way!

So sorry everyone I know it's a bit of trek but this is the closest place we can pick you up from when in our minibuses, we'd love to enter the multi storey as it's a bit closer for our passengers but as our vehicles are over 2.0m height they do not allow us to enter this part of the building.

So, this morning our second alarm of the night went off at 3:30 to track our early arrival from orlando and we woke up to an email from our lovely passengers informing us that their flight home has unfortunately been cancelled.

It was all set to arrive at 09:40am this morning before we went to sleep and it just goes to show how quickly plans can change.

Unfortunately, due to last-minute crew sickness, their flight could no longer operate as planned. The airline arranged overnight accommodation while they worked hard to reschedule their journey home.
They have received communication now that they will be flying over night and will be arriving tomorrow morning at 11:15am

Time for a change....

Don't you worry lovely people, I'm afraid your stuck with us for years to come 🙈💙

The stickers on one of our vehicles were starting to look a bit tired having been on for 5 years, the colours were fading and signs of wear were becoming noticeably visible and as you know that is not how we like to present our vehicles. So with that said it was out with the old and in with the new which are looking much more cleaner. Unfortunately our licensing authority no longer issues livery with our operator logo on anymore so therefore we will be adding our logo separately or maybe even having the sides nicely wrapped up!
