We deliver what we call 'general haulage plus', serving a niche market and taking on jobs that are a little too complicated or specialised for the average haulier. Bison is a member of the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) and the Road Haulage Association (RHA). Bison is owned and run by James Wrigglesworth who followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather (both haulage company ow

ners) when he set up the company in 2003. James says: "Road haulage is the lifeblood of British industry. It will always be needed; any goods in your home or workplace will have arrived there with the help of a truck. We have a duty to be fuel and cost efficient, environmentally aware, safe on the roads (for our own and other road users' benefit) and considerate to both customers and colleagues."
