Above and Beyond for Our Customers ✈️🧳

Travel delays can be exhausting, but at Epic Travels, we are always happy to wait so you don’t have to worry.
Recently, one of our drivers was at Manchester Airport Terminal 2 to welcome passengers arriving from Dalaman. The flight landed early at 4:00 AM, but due to delays at the airport, the luggage took over an hour to arrive.
Our driver waited patiently inside the arrivals hall for over 1 hour and 45 minutes. When our customers finally walked through it was 5:45 AM, he was there to greet them with a warm smile, offer refreshing bottled water, and help carry their bags to the car.

Our lovely passengers kindly gave him a Β£30 tip to say thank you for his patience and care. Gestures like this mean the world to our team and keep us smiling!
