And that's a wrap from us, a massive thank you to everyone that's visited us over the last 3 days and supported our Spring Diesel Gala, it's been a real struggle with the heat but the hardwork paid off.

Thanks to alll the volunteers who have put in endless hours to make the event happen.

Thanks also goes to Stewart Robinson for the use of his class 33 and to Europhonix Rail Limited for the use of there two stunning class 37s which have helped bring the crowds in.

33202 is seen at Wymondham ready to head back to Dereham with the last train of the day.

It's day two of our May bank holiday diesel gala and it's going to be a warm one.

Our home fleet is joined by visiting class 37s courtesy of our friends at Europhenix Rail Limited of which we cant thank them enough for supporting.

So tomorrow is the first day of our May bank holiday weekend diesel gala, we are almost ready for you all to visit.

The home fleet has been washed and fueled ready and our mainline guests will arrive first thing tomorrow.

We are pleased to say the loco allocations are now published, we are very sorry for the delay in getting this out to you all. Sadly we've experienced a few loco issues which have resulted in the allocations being amended, this may happen again but will only effect the home fleet loco's not the visiting class 37s.

A couple of photos from tonight’s operations.

47580 has been earning her keep on the four Polar Express™ trains today! It’s been a long 12-hour day for her, running continuously to provide ETS to the 10 Mk3 carriages.

Meanwhile, 47596 (D1933) has been on test around Dereham Yard this evening following repairs to her No.1 compressor, which failed last Sunday due to a faulty valve.
