Today we weathered the track around Oadby & Wigston Station achieving a good base effect before ballasting.

Included as well are some night shots from yesterday evening with the new year lamps installed.

Track laying: With the top section track laying complete testing has begun to iron out any issues. In the meantime here’s some shots beginning to show what things may look like

Ladies and gentlemen!!!! I am pleased to reveal to you the two new engines and one of the projects, the naming of the two NEW CLASS 20s (that were collected a while ago). They have been repaired cleaned and named today in honour of the chairman and chairlady of the D&LJR Trust Norma & Donald. At the same time the soon to be completed Pullman Dining train was also named in honour of them (called The Norma and Don)
