Three driver Vacancies
HGV Class one Tramper** + HGV Class 1 Day Driver + HGV Class 2 Day Driver
Kenley Warehousing & Distribution Ltd has been established for over 50 years and has built an enviable reputation, both nationally and in the local area. Located in central Lancashire, we specialize in providing a quality warehousing and distribution services.
Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to recruit 3 full-time, experienced HGV Day Drivers.
Tasks and duties will include, but not limited to:
* General driving duties, observing current legal and best practice delivering and collection to/from our customer’s premises.
* Maintaining a professional standard when representing Kenley’s whilst delivering, driving or collecting products.
* Carry out pre-use checks prior to using any equipment / vehicle / trailer, complying with appropriate documentation & procedures.
* Ensuring that vehicle loads are safe and damage free, secured with the appropriate restraints as per company procedures / Safe Systems of Work.
* Check/ complete /retain and hand over all load documentation/POD’s and delivery paperwork.
* Ensure that company policies are followed at all times.
* Comply with all EU drivers’ hours / Tachograph / WTD regulations. (Including GB Domestic where appropriate).
* Adhere to all H&S rules. Comply with other sites rules and maintain high standards of compliance, hygiene and housekeeping.
To successfully secure this opportunity, you must:
* Must have a current appropriate HGV Licence.
* Have at least one years class one or class two driving experience.
* Have an up to date driver CPC Card.
* Have a good knowledge of the UK road network.
* Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
* Have a great / can do attitude and strong work ethic
* Minimum 25 years old.
**(Tramper)This role could involve possibly up to five nights away each week.**
What we will give you:

* competitive salary
* 20 days annual holiday plus 8 statutory days
* £100 Monthly operational bonus
* Free driver CPC training (7 hrs per Annum)
* £25 Night Out Allowance
* Paid parking
Expected average earnings Approx. £45k + plus operational bonus.

Big Shout out to Sil Crane at Intack removals for coming to our rescue last week when our own small van broke down. Sil sorted us out with a loan of one of his vans for a couple of days while ours was repaired. Good Lad!

IMPORTANT Customer Announcement.
Unfortunately we have been the victim of a cyber attack this morning, which has meant we have had to shut down our servers in order to prevent data loss. Our systems have been secured but may be down for some time yet.
