After the best part of this year off the road awaiting parts and repairs, we're so glad to see our 7 seater back!

No more rest for it though - a quick clean up to (literally!) blow away the cobwebs and get the inside looking and smelling how it should then back out on airport runs...

We are extremely proud to have been asked to deliver the Park & Ride service for The Glascoed Pub Firework Display on Tuesday 4 November, for the third year running.

As last year, we will be running two high-capacity single deck buses from 5pm until around 6.45pm and then again from after the fireworks until everyone has left the site.

We will be picking up from the Park & Ride site at County Hall Car Park, right to the entrance of the pub.

We're looking forward to seeing you there but be sure to book as soon as you can, as the event sells out quickly!

Today we said goodbye to one of our former colleagues at a beautiful service in Wiltshire, followed by a gathering at one of her favourite retreats.

A few of you may have known and some of you may have travelled with Louise during her very short period of time with us.

She was a colourful character with a larger-than-life personality and mischievous sense of humour, accentuated by her love of dropping swearwords casually into the conversation.

We had worked together briefly in the past and when she approached me looking for a little bit of casual work, there was never any question that she was going to join us.

It was great hearing so many people share their memories, all of which brought smiles.

Thank you for all you did for us, Rest in Peace Louise.

As well as the journeys that you book directly with us, we also work with a number of companies that arrange travel on the behalf of other people that may not know about us.

During 2024 we were rated as a 4 out of 5 star operator with National Coach Hire but this morning we were upgraded to a 5 star operator, after the team successfully smashed the expectations of their passengers!

We also received the attached e-mail, which has really made my day.

Massive thanks to the team that work tirelessly to help us achieve a lot with not a lot - Anthony, Andrew, Azmal, Filgi and Alun along with those that are no longer with us but played a part in getting these scores (Alan, Ashley, Chris, Beka and Louise).

Good morning!

Nice early start this morning - Chepstow to Bristol Airport with a family off to Tenerife before meeting passengers from Rogerstone off their cruise ship at Southampton for Lee and the white Sprinter, with Clifford having a trip out to Llandovery and West Wales with Anthony.

***Bristol Airport - Changes to Minibus Drop Off / Pick Up***

We've just been made aware that Bristol Airport have made some drastic (and unannounced) changes to the cost for minibuses Dropping Off and Picking Up at the Airport.

Where we were previously allowed the same 10 minutes as cars for £7 in the Drop Off area, the very recent move to the new Passenger Transport Interchange has seen minibuses move to a new Minibus area - minibuses are now prevented from using the new Passenger Transport Interchange by a height restriction.

The new minibus car park only allows us 5 minutes for the same £7, rising to £20 for anything up to 20 minutes.

We're going to try and keep operating as normal but there will be a slight change to pick-ups - instead of us being at the pick-up point waiting, we're now not going to be able to wait at the pick-up area for you, we're now only going to be able to come for you once we know everyone is in the car park and ready to go.

We apologise for this change but it's out of our hands, owing to this incredibly unrealistic assessment from Bristol Airport on how long it takes to load 16 passengers and their luggage, with regards to your comfort.

We are investigating routes of complaint and escalation against the time limits imposed for larger groups.

Many thanks for your understanding and patience with this - we will try our hardest to keep everything as smooth as we can for your airport journeys. Lee.

Another new wedding venue for us this evening - the gorgeous Over Barn on the outskirts of Gloucester for a group of work friends of the bride.

I think this might have been the only place we've been to where you have to drive past ostriches to enter!

As well as our usual Airport and Seaport Transfers, we're getting to see some gorgeous wedding venues across the region.

Earlier this week Ashley and Lee were out at The Orangery in Margam Park and tonight Lee is out in our white Sprinter at Treberfydd House on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park.
