We are freight forwarder and customs clearance agent, providing services to various international and domestic clients.

Job description

The role will involve all aspects of import and export operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Freight Forwarder will be responsible for:

Import and Export Sea Freight Operations (FCL and LCL)
Import and Export Road Freight
Customs Clearance
Maintaining a high level of customer service with Clients
Essential Requirements are:

Preferably 1-2 years general freight forwarding experience
Team player
Fantastic customer service skills
Good level of English along with either Turkish, Polish or Russian language skills

Expected start date: 01/02/2021

Job Types: Full-time (Permanent)
40hr per week
Pay: £18,000.00 per year

Part-time Admin / Finance assistant required for our small office in Cupar.
(Potential for full-time employment)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Daily general admin tasks
Daily general purchase and sales ledger tasks
Various other month-end or year-end tasks as required

The candidate should have previous experience in accounts as well as general administration.

Working hours Mon to Fri between 9am and 3pm. Annual salary £15000
