A local one for a change, customer asked for their roof to be insulated so we mechanically fixed foil back pir insulation boards to the concrete roof substrate then over laid with pvc single ply membrane. This will help the top bedrooms stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Just off this one today and very pleased how it turned out. BBQ shack with a fully adhered pvc roof and standing seam profiles. Also anthracite aluminium standing seam cladding around the perimeter and soffit 👌

Job in Portadown kernan gardens

Old felt roof in need of a refresh, roof was overlaid with 18mm plywood and covered in 1.5mm pvc single ply membrane.
Perimeter flashing are made of pvc laminated metal. Also a rain water outlet added

Dublin City Centre

An old flat roof on a McDonald’s needed stripped back to the concrete deck and re-insulated then covered with our mechanically fixed Strataplan 1.5mm PVC single ply membrane.

Tapered internal gutters were added where the water lies most to get the water of the roof effectively.
Concrete coppings were capping in PVC laminated metal as most of them are cracked or have poor joints.

750m2 hotel roof in Gatwick. 150mm pir insulation board installed and covered in 1.5mm reinforced single ply membrane. Also added internal tapered gutters to carry water away and dressed up and over the parapet wall. Handy that the roof had a roof over it! No wind, no rain and no darkness.

Wallace high school in Lisburn. Total of 2000m2. 180mm rockwool slab insulation installed and covered with 1.5mm Armourplan pvc membrane which was mechanically fixed using the Rhino bond heated system. PVC standing seam profiles then welded on to give the look of a metal standing seam roof.
