Payment details:
All bookings are only confirmed with a £25 booking fee which is non-refundable. You have 4 payment options (we do not do payment on delivery):
7 Days prior to travel
You can pay via PayPal using family and friends option please. Or via online banking (see details below)
10 days prior to travel
Or over the phone using secure WorldPay terminal. Or via WorldPay email link which again is secure. (Please contact us, this is by far the easiest and it is secure)

TERMS and CONDITIONS:
The booking fee of £25 is not refundable, this is a confirmation of your booking. Refunds are given up to 7 days prior to pick up in Romania for the amount minus the booking fee, for example if the pick date is the 6th August 2015, payment is due on the 30th July 2015, then refunds will only be given up to the 29th July 2015. Payment is required in full: 7 Days for PayPal and 10 days for WorldPay, prior to Romanian collection, or the space may be reallocated.
7 Days prior to pick the full amount is payable regardless of cancellation on that day, if payment has not been received on the day payable and there is a cancellation we will invoice for the full amount owning at that point. No refunds are payable if animals are deemed not fit to travel by our team on the day of pick up. Chip lists along with the photo of the pet and the passport scans are required at the latest 7 days prior to collection in Romania. Incorrect Passports, microchip number, weeping wounds/fresh wounds and general visual health problems Pet Kudos will not allow travel, and no refunds will be issued. Pet Kudos reserves the right to refuse travel to animals that could endanger or harm the staff. Please note Pet Kudos expect you to treat for external parisites 24 hours prior to transport. Pet Kudos also requires the Kennel Cough Vaccine

Invoices: we do not normally provide invoices as the delivery of your pet is a tangible receipt, however if you specifically require an invoice you need to state this at the time of your booking. Additional information:
The cost of your pets transport includes: food, exercise, their own pet carer and first aider, costs of journey including border fees, staff costs. They will receive food, water, warm bedding, a night heater, and air conditioning for the hot days, and crate for safety is standard for all journeys.
