Based in Stoke-on-trent, Staffordshire, Stantons of Stoke is a family-owned, run and managed operator. With a fleet ranging from 12-84 seats, the operator delivers to suit all requirements for its passengers. Stantons of Stoke offers a variety of services such as school trips, rail replacement and long distance sightseeing.

Seating 59 passengers with centre toilet on a 13-metre chassis, the new Mercedes-Benz Tourismo M2 coach provides comfort for all on board with Travel Sar Eco fabric upholstery seating and E-Leather headrests. The coach comes equipped with additional features of armrests, USB charging sockets and two 21.5โ€ LCD Displays. The driver is catered for with further features, a heated seat and a leather steering wheel.

Safety specification highlights include a rear-view camera, supported by periphery lighting for greater nighttime visibility, as well as GSR-compliant technology: Active Brake Assist 6, Sideguard Assist 2 and Traffic Sign Assist. PSVAR compliancy is achieved with a power-operated wheelchair lift and destination display systems at the front, middle and rear of the coach.

Power to the new Tourismo coach is supplied by the Mercedes-Benz OM 470, 290 kW Euro VI engine with an 8-speed Powershift transmission.
