We're very sorry to hear that our friends at Wareham Cycle Works have closed. With limited bike repair & service options in the local Swanage and Wareham area, we have decided to open our seasonal bike hire centre a few months earlier than planned. We'll be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (10am–5pm) for the time being at Purbeck Park (Norden), and can do van deliveries and collections for a small fee. We also offer bike hire, ex-hire, parts and accessories, new bike sales and can source a range of parts and accessories.
We are supported by our two main centres in the New Forest who are agents for Giant, Trek, Raleigh and Mondraker.

‼️Bike theft from Purbeck Park, Dorset in the early hours of Saturday 14th September. ‼️
Please help! Please share! 🙏🏻
This is mindless criminal damage and theft from our van. 🤬
They have stolen some second hand bikes built by us, so very easy to recognise and worth less than the damage caused.
We also lost some old Giant Talon 2 bikes and our Burley Bee child and Burley Tail-wagon (dog trailer).
See photos of similar bikes/trailers for reference.

This affects us as owners of a family business, our staff and also inconveniences our customers who were looking forward to a day out with their kids.

There are obviously bigger crimes to solve but these criminals will get more confident if they get away with these easy thefts and will end up causing more upset and cost to normal people trying to earn an honest crust.
